Stone Quest
Stone Quest Is quite a difficult quest. It has 5 different ways of completing missions, each way have other Requirements and different rewards. Depends on what you need you can craft 1 of these stones: 
Moon Stone, 
Leaf Stone, 
Fire Stone, 
Water Stone or 
Thunder Stone.
Moon Stone
Creation of Moon Stone is the easiest from other stones. You just need 35lvl and collect 20 future orbs, 20 ice orbs, 20 stone orbs and 5 white powders.
Position: [X: 3624] [Y: 3074] [Z: 7].
Quest start at NPC Victora, that tells us that he want to create special stone nad that he needs our help with it. Hes located next to Celadon, next to his favourite pokemons — Clefairy. You end this quest at the same place.
Future orbs can be obtained from psuchic type pokemons and ghosts.
Ice orb can be obtained from every ice type pokemon.
Stone orbs can be obtained from every rock type pokemon.
White powder can be obtained through ability minning.
Leaf Stone
In case of Leaf Stone you will need 35lvl, DACC… and pokemon with ability surf.
Position: [X: 3034] [Y: 2982] [Z: 7].
Oscar asks you to gather 20 pair of leaves, 20 bag of pollen, 20 bulb, 5 green powder.
Pair of leaves can be obtained from grass type pokemons.
Bag of pollen can also be obtained form grass type pokemons
Bulb can be obtained from evolutions of Bulbasaur.
Green powder can be obtained through ability minning.
Fire Stone
Creating Fire Stone starts at 45lvl, and the npc is called Lorena.
Position: [X: 3704] [Y: 3774] [Z: 7].
Lorena is located next to Magmar on the island, in its southern part – in cave on the hill.
You will have to bring 20 fire potions, 10 fox tails, 20 stone orbs and 5 red powders.
Fire potions can be obtained from every fire type pokemon.
Fox tailes can be obtained from Ninetales.
Stone orbs can be obtained from rock type pokemons.
Red powder can be obtained from ability minning.
Water Stone
Creating of Water Stone starts at 50lvlu, and npc is called Isaac.
Position: [X: 4554] [Y: 3459] [Z: 6].
In order to get to the Issac you need to go from rock located next to fuchsia Fuchsii move east until you notice destroyed ship. Then swim to the closest water wortex. Once you dive you have to swim to the northwest once you get there you will see hole which mean the end of diving. Right after going at the land you will see stairs and npc Issac.
He will want you to bring him 20 Water pendants, 20 [[Squirtle's hull|Squirtle's hulls], 10 Rubys, 10 Gyarados tails.
Water pendant Can be obtained from most of the water type pokemons.
Squirtle's hull Can be obtained from Squirtle, Wartortle and Blastoise.
Ruby Can be obtained from: Goldeen and Tentacool.
Gyarados' tail Can be obtained from Gyarados.
Thunder Stone
Thunder stone can be created at 60 lvl at NPC Jose Maria at the peak of the power plant.
Position: [X: 4030] [Y: 3055] [Z: 0].
Start in Lavender and go to the power plant on the way use pokemon with ability "Rock Smash". You will see NPC at the top of the power plant on the middle. He will ask you to get for him: 20 iman, 20 stone orb, 20 electric box and 10 electric tail.
Iman Can be obtained from magnemite and magneton.
Stone orby Can be obtained from rock type pokemons.
Electric box Can be obtained from electric type pokemons.
Electric tail Can be obtained from electabuzz.
