He noticed that 5 taurosów at his farm is sick, and he want us to bring medicine for them. He needs 5 Pot of bug moss and 5 hyper potion.
Pot of bug moss loots from bugs.
Hyper potion can be bought from NPC Juanito.
When we already collect requiret items we can return to Alfred and collect our 25hd reward.
