Needed items

1000 Water Gem , dropped by every water-type pokemon.
200 Water Pendant , dropped by every water-type pokemon in Kanto.
100 Aqua Tail , dropped by Marill and Azumarill
150 Pot of Fresh Water , dropped by i.e Poliwhirl, Seadra, Croconaw, Mantine
30 Gyarados Taili , dropped by Gyarados

Way

Quest starts in Ascorbia city.

To find NPC "Fire Chief Bruce" we need to go to fire-station which is placed on mountain, on east from pokemon center.


First buildings at the right.

To NPC we need to write Hi / work / mission / yes till we give him Water Pendant, then to give him Aqua tail we need to write smaller tails and to give him Pot of fresh water we need to write last mission .

Mission after bringing needed items

It will be our last mission, which we will receive from Fire Chief Bruce. We need to go to Firefighter Silvester, which can be found on beach in the same city. We need to write to him: hi/pumpand then go, after that NPC will follow us. We need to back with him to Fire Chief Bruce. Then go downstairs and extinguish 100 fires. We have only 4 minutes for it. After that we will be teleported to the beach and write to him hi/reward.

If we failed for first time, we need to back to Firefighter Silvester, write hi/go and try that mission again. There's no limit to try again. you don't have to bring items over again.
NOTE!! Fires can be extinguished only by water and ground attacks!
