is a women that lives in Celadon next to casino and pokemon center. She's a good friend of sister Joy. She really loves her butterfree.
Sadly her butterfree is sick and can't fly. She's very scared because of it. Sister Joy told her, that in order to heal him she need a lot powder from flowers. She asks us to bring her 25 bag of pollen.
bag of pollen Can be dropped from almost every grass type pokemon.
Once you gather all bags go back to Scarlett. She will give you 45hd.
