Jackson
is a archeologist. He's researching behaviour of seels on ice island. There's very cold. His expedition unfortunately has been prolonged and hes missing food. He asks us to bring him: 3 hot dogs and 3 chips.
To make this quest you need DACC and pokemon with ability "Fly" or "Surf".
Hot dogs drop from snorlax.
chips can be bought in food shop in Celadon.
When you get required food come back to Jackson. For what you did he will give you 25hd.
