You see a bug net (linked).<br>
Maximum allowed baits: 2.<br>
Cooldown: 9 ~ 10 seconds.<br>

The system is similar to fishing rods, in fact the cooldown for fishing and bug hunting is shared, so you can't really fish and bug hunt at the same time.<br>
Instead of being used on water it must be used on bushes/trees, different bushes/trees will spawn different Pokemon.<br>
The bug net allows a maximum of 2 baits, these baits are exclusive for the net of course.<br>
Using any bait will improve the success rate of spawning Pokemon, and increase the maximum amount of Pokemon spawned by +1.<br>

Additionaly you can find Big Galvantula.<br>
