Requirements
- 40lvl
- Dacc
- Eevee with atleast lvl 40
- You can have only eevee with you
- Twin Rocks Ticket
Path
Start in Mossdeep.
Before talking with npc you have to activate Twin Rocks Ticket.You will gain access to this island for 72 hours.
You need to go to a nearby gym and write to gym leaders Hi/ Twin Rock Isle/ yes
You will be teleported to the island Twin Rocks, here you will have to go to npc Jinny.
Mission 1
Your mission is to dex 53 plants, that grow on island.
You will have to use this 
on plant.
