Fishing Accelerator - speeds up fishing by 2 seconds on each fishing rod.
How to obtain it?
You need to complete the achievement, that is located in cards window.
The number next to the Pokemon's name means number of Achievement, that you need to finish.
Drop means, that you need to loot it from pokemon.
Map means, that you need to find it on the map.
Fish means, that you need to fish out the card.
