Happiness Quest
Mission
Your first mission is to find NPC Mary on a Happiness island located north of Cianwood
Position: [X: 2076] [Y: 4574] [Z: 7].
She asks you to bring these items:
1x Insect plate can be obtained from pokemon with type Bug.
10x Spell Tag can be obtained from Misdreavus and Gengar.
5x Nevermeltice can be obtained from pokemons with type ice.
20x Moo-moo milk can be obtained only from Miltanks.
These items are not hard to get but you will need account with premium.
Evolution
Your second mission is to obtain 1000 points with your Eevee. This is easy; you simply need to defeat Pokémon on Happiness Island with your Eevee.
For each Pokémon defeated, you will earn 1 to 3 points.
To measure time you will need watch 
that you can get from Mary for 50 HD, this is important because once you get the 1000 points with your Eevee and it is at least level 40, it could evolve into Espeon or Umbreon depending on the following:
- (Daytime) - Espeon
- (Nightime) - Umbreon
You can also evolve Shiny Eevee into Shiny Umbreon/Espeon
