How to enter

You need to use ticket.

You see a Paradox Island ticket. Grants you access to the Paradox Island (can be obtained from battle pass, Donate and bought from players).

and we get message that we need to go to the npc.
Ticket duration: 2 days.
Professor Oak: Your ticket is now enabled, you can talk with Raspberry Viki at Heahea.
