Happiness Quest
Mission
Your first mission is to find Npc Mary on a Happiness island. She asks you to bring these items: Insect plate, 10 Spell tag, 5 Nevermeltice and 20 Moo-moo milk. These items are not hard to get but you will need account with premium.
Position: [X: 2076] [Y: 4574] [Z: 7].
Insect plate can be obtained from pokemon with type Bug.
Spell Tag can be obtained from Misdreavus and Gengar.
Nevermeltice can be obtained from pokemons with type ice.
Moo-moo milk can be obtained only from Miltanks.
Evolution
Your second mission is to obtain 1000 points with your Eevee. This is easy; you simply need to defeat Pokémon on Happiness Island with your Eevee.
For each Pokémon defeated, you will earn 1 to 3 points.
To measure time you will need watch 
that you can get from Mary for 50 HD, this is important because once you get the 1000 points with your Eevee, it could evolve into Espeon or Umbreon depending on the following:
- (Daytime) - Espeon
- (Nightime) - Umbreon
You can also evolve Shiny Eevee into Shiny Umbreon/Espeon
