• Pokemon with ability "Rock Smash", i.e. Onix,
• Pokemon with ability "Fly" or "Surf" i.e. Fearow,
• Required 40lvl.

Path

You start in Cerulean. Follow arrows according to map.

Afterwards follow maps, close to entrance of quest you need to use Rock Smash.

Ekans, Arbok, Weezing, Venomoth.
