What is Proficiency?

Think of it as a special mastery path for your Pokémon, linked to your character. Most final evolutions have 8 Proficiency levels. At each level, you can choose ONE active bonus from 3 or 4 available options.
The best part is that you're not permanently locked into one choice. If you want to try a different build, simply right-click to deselect a bonus and choose another one (in protection zones)!

How does it work:

Progress stays with you: If you level up Proficiency for Pikachu, every Pikachu you use will have the same Proficiency level. If you sell a Pokémon, the new owner starts from zero, but your progress remains on your account.

Easy leveling: You don't need to level each bar separately. When you gain Proficiency EXP, it is applied to all levels at the same time! For example, if level 1 requires 1000 EXP and level 2 requires 5000 EXP, your progress will fill both simultaneously. Level 1 will simply be completed much faster than higher levels.

Tracking progress: As you level up, you will see the amount of experience required displayed on the bars. Once a level is maxed out, the numbers disappear and bonus icons appear instead.

How to open it: Simply hold Ctrl and click on the equipped Pokéball.

Unlocking levels:

Levels 1–3: free and available from the start. Levels 4–5: cost 5k to unlock for that specific Pokémon. Levels 6–8: cost 1 diamond to unlock for that specific Pokémon.

Important information:

Evolution forms: Bonuses are mainly available for final evolution forms, with a few exceptions (e.g. Pikachu).
Implementation process: Not all Pokémon will have active bonuses on day one, but no worries — the list will be updated quickly!
Balance and changes: To keep the game fair, some bonuses may be adjusted. This means that in future updates, some Pokémon may be buffed or nerfed to maintain the best possible balance.
Faster EXP: To speed up experience gain, you can expect Double Proficiency EXP tickets. There will also occasionally be double EXP weekends!
