Introduction

At the very beginning, I must make you aware of one thing: we have only provided example respawn points, and if you want to level up as quickly as possible, you will be forced to grind on GRASS Pokémon until level 150. The exception is a certain place, which I will, of course, show you, but it is one of the most crowded grinding spots in the game. I will also show you alternative grinding spots, but they won’t be as good as the ones mentioned above.

It's also worth knowing about an easy and quick way to level up your Pokémon. In the game, there are held items that we can equip on a Pokémon, and one such item is the Fire Orb (held), which will allow you to quickly level up Pokémon that lack moves and more. It works in such a way that once you equip it on your Pokémon, after selecting the Pokémon you want to defeat, this item passively deals damage even after your Pokémon faints. This held item deals 3600 damage, which allows you to defeat Glooms and Weepinbells with just the item. It is a very convenient item because you can literally run through the entire spawn with Pokémon, only selecting for battle the ones you want to defeat.
You can actually drop the Fire Orb starting from level 10, as it drops from Ponyta.

  • The first grinding spot I will show you is one of the best in the game for low-level players. You will often return there to quickly level up the first evolutions of various Pokémon.

  • The next grinding spot is very pleasant because there is a large concentration of non-aggressive Pokémon in a very small area.

  • If you have Glalie and Galarian Darmanitan, you can comfortably grind at the respawn on the map starting from level 40.

The next grinding spot I'll describe is the best respawn for Mightyena with Moxie, as it is located in a tower, and there are no Pokémon on the ground floor. Many players grind here up to level 100+. It is definitely the second-best, and for many, the best respawn up to level 100.
Pp91.png

Right next to this respawn, you have another good ghost respawn that you can check out.
Pp92.png

Next to Celadon, there is a fairly good and large respawn.
Pp93.png

Dark

What to hunt them with? Fighting, Bug, Fairy pokemons.
Unfortunately, Dark Pokémons do not have good grinding spots until level 120.

Rock/Ground

What to hunt them with? Fighting, Ground, Water, Grass pokemons.

Rock/Ground respawns are the most developed grinding spots in the early phase of the game. We can grind there from level 10 to level 100 without any difficulties, although it won't be as profitable as some of the ones mentioned here.

A fairly large respawn with good experience. It's worth completing the quest for access. This is one of the best respawns for leveling up Pokémon, and the quest itself is very easy.

Fire

What to hunt them with? Ground, Rock, Water pokemons.

It's worth noting that grinding on Ponytas is quite significant and gives you the opportunity to obtain the Fire Orb, which will greatly facilitate your gameplay.

Unfortunately, you won’t achieve the same exp/hour on any low-level respawn as you would on grass respawns. You can reach Cinnabar by boat from Vermilion. You can take the boat without a premium account.

The next respawn I will show you is quite pleasant, but you will need to complete a quest for access.

At the very top of the next respawn, there's no point in going there without Pokémons with the last evolution, but it is one of the better alternative grinding spots.
Remember that to be able to teleport to Alola, you need to complete a certain part of the quest:

You will often return to this respawn once you start doing battle passes.
Pp106.png

I will give you two alternative respawns. However, you should probably go there at a higher level when you have slightly better Pokémon.

As for the Fairy type itself, the first gates for this type of Pokémon start at level 150.

Ice

What to hunt them with? Fighting, Rock, Fire, Steel pokemons.

The first respawn I will show you is quite easy and important because you can catch Snorunt and Galarian Darmanitan there.

The next two respawns are more challenging. A level of 50+ should be sufficient to handle them comfortably.

At the very beginning, it's best to fish for Water Pokémon, but I will provide you with two large respawns that are accessible to everyone from level 10.

Poison

Poison is one of the worst grinding spots at low levels. I do not recommend wasting time on these respawns. The first two respawns are quite easy, and you will manage from level 10.
Pp122.png

The next two respawns I will show you will require slightly better Pokémon and a higher level.

Dragons have one recommended respawn, which is theoretically accessible from level 10, but in practice, you need to be at least level 50 to handle it.

You will have access to all the Flying respawns I will show you from level 10, but they are still worth noting, especially the one in Hau'oli. (Note: To be able to teleport to Hau'oli, you need to complete a certain part of a quest): http://en.padventures.info/Getting_familiar_with_Alola )

Psychic

What to hunt them with? Bug, Ghost, Dark pokemons.

10+lvl

The path to the first respawn is shown in the quest, I’ll give you a link to it. The respawn is worth checking out, as there are quite a lot of Pokémon at the very end. http://en.padventures.info/Training_Alakazam

The next respawn has a level 100 gate at the very end, but you'll still encounter most of the Pokémon before the level gate.
Pp135.png

Fighting

What to hunt them with? Flying, Psychic, Fairy pokemons.

10+lvl

Very easy respawn with a big number of fighting type pokemons.
Pp136.png

Mankeys, you can go to this respawn at lvl 10.
Pp137.png

A large three-story respawn with Fighting-type Pokémon, where there are no level gates.
Pp138.png

Pp139.png

130+

A very nice respawn that you will often return to in order to complete the battle pass or a task.
Pp140.png

Steel

What to hunt them with? Fire, Fighting, Ground pokemons.

10+lvl

Unfortunately, Steel Pokémon don’t have any good respawns until level 175, but I’ll give you a few respawns that will be useful for the battle pass. There’s also a chance that they might add a Steel respawn for lower levels, as they keep adding new respawns. The first respawn I’ll show you is, in my opinion, the best for the task where you need to kill 300 Steel Pokémon before reaching level 175.
Pp141.png

At the next respawn, there are plenty of Magnemite and its evolution.
Pp59.png

In terms of quantity, it’s manageable, but you’ll need to run around a bit.
Pp142.png

The last respawn I’ll show you isn’t very pleasant for running around, but you can check it out and judge for yourselves. You’ll find a level 120 gate there, with Steel/Rock Pokémons.
Pp143.png

Summary

In summary, if you want to quickly reach a high level, you're essentially limited to two types of Pokémon for grinding. The first is the grass respawn, and it's best to catch Galarian Darumaka, Snorunt, and Cyndaquil. Out of curiosity, I checked if it's possible to reach level 100 in one day. I used three Galarian Darumakas, a Fire Orb, and an exp ticket (which can be used once every 24 hours during an event when you have boosted exp), and I managed to do it. For the second respawn with ghost Pokémon, you'll need a Mightyena with Moxie. This is definitely an easier way to level up because you can AFK on the ground floor, but the downside is that someone is often there, and new people keep showing up. As for the rest of the respawns, some are quite good, while others are terrible, but I still shared them so you can check them out yourself. The map is huge, and I only recommended the respawns that I know somewhat well. I will also provide you with links to respawns that require completing quests. It’s also worth noting that the real game starts at level 200, but from level 150, you will begin to unlock many respawns. I will also give you links to YOUTUBE channels, where you will have respawns shown.
