NPC Bill may be found in his workshop, located on the hill close to Cerulean
Mission 1
Bill needs information of a few pokemons. To help him, we are required to have those pokemons registered in our Pokedex: Paras, Parasect, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Kakuna, Beedrill, Geodude, Graveler.
