- Pokemon with ability "Fly", ex. Fearow or with ability "Surf", ex. Goldeen,
- Required level 35.
Path
To begin, you should start out from Lavender. Mount a pokemon with the ability "Fly" or "Surf" and follow the arrows.
At the end of the arrow, there is a chest with a reward.
