Start in Olivine. Willy is an owner of restaurant, that brings only losses. He thinks that adding sushi to the menu might bring new customers. He asks you for few items: 20 gyarados' fin and 20 octillery's tentacle.
Gyarados' finy can be obtained from gyarados,
Octillery's tentacle can be obtained from octillery.
After giving required items you will recive from him 100 rocket balls.
