How to access the island?
We need to teleport to Paniola Ranch, and then follow the map below.
We talk to npc Charles on the spot.
We need to remember, that we need a key: You see a Key to Pokemon Paradise. 
Key can be obtained from Battle Pass, Mini Event or bought from a player.
If we have the key, we write to NPC: Hi / yes.
And that's how we got to the island.
