These are 4 quests that will grant you access to the 4 islands. There are better and worse respawns.

Fire Island

Requirements

• 40lvl
• DACC,
• Pokemon with ability "Fly", for example Fearow or pokemon with ability "Surf", for example Goldeen.

Frank

He's a guardian of the fire island, in order to fight with him you have to bring him these items: flame plate, 20 fire potion, 10 dragon claw and 15 stone orb.

stone orb drops from rock type pokemons.

Duel

Its a duel 3 vs 3 pokemons. In duel you wont be able to use few pokemons: Alakazam, Blastoise, Chansey, Ditto, Golem, Gyarados, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee and Onix.
Frank pokemons:

• Typhlosion 100
• Charizard 100
• Magmar 100

Reward

• 10hd,
• access to entire fire island.

Ghost Island

Requirements

• 40lvl
• DACC,
• pokemon with ability "Fly", for example Fearow,
• 30lvl(in order to use Fly).

Gustavo

He's a guardian of ghost island, in order to fight with him you have to bring him these items: spooky plate, 20 trace of ghost, 15 bone and 30 future orb.
