- Items: 25 toxic orb, 12 sneasel’s claw, 10 xatu’s wing, 8 houndoom’s tail, 5 spell tag
Way
Start in Olivine and follow the arrows. You will need pokemon with ability “surf” or “fly”.
Reach NPC Jacinto and do some missions for him.
Mission 1
Have level 80.
Mission 2
Bring Jacinto some items:
25 
Toxic orb – can be dropped from poison pokemon
12 
Sneasel's claw – can be dropped from sneasel
10 
Xatu's wing – can be dropped from xatu
8 
Houndoom's tail – can be dropped from houndoom
5 
Spell tag – can be dropped from gengar and misdreavus
Mission 3
You need to have in dex some of the dark and ghost pokemons, which are the following:
