Once we get to the place near the door we will meet NPC Mizeria.
Npc will want from us those items:

• 75 magical plate,
• 35 heart scale,
• 5 water stone,
• 100 Ectoplasmic Sushi,
• 30 Rainbow Trout,
• 30 Green Perch,
• 30 Northern Pike,
• 15 Flask of holy water,
• 50 Opaque Bubble,
• 1 Mega Blastoise Amulet.

Reward

Access to Tapu Fini respawn.
